摘要
目的研究舌三针联合吞咽训练对卒中后吞咽障碍患者吞咽功能及生活质量的影响。方法选择2020年3月-2022年3月62例在上饶市中医院就诊并治疗的卒中后吞咽障碍患者,采用随机数字表法分为对照组(31例)和观察组(31例)两组。对照组给予吞咽训练治疗,观察组患者在对照组治疗的基础上加用舌三针治疗,比较两组吞咽功能(SSA)评分、生活质量水平、洼田饮水试验(WST)评分、功能性经口摄食量表(FOIS)评分、临床疗效。结果与治疗前比较,两组SSA评分及WST评分均降低,生活质量评分及FOIS评分均升高,且观察组SSA评分和WST评分低于对照组,观察组生活质量评分及FOIS评分评分高于对照组;观察组治疗总有效率(96.77%)优于对照组(83.87%)(P<0.05)。结论舌三针联合吞咽训练治疗在卒中后吞咽障碍患者吞咽功能及生活质量的改善方面有积极的影响,可促进吞咽功能恢复,提高生活质量水平、FOIS评分,降低WST评分,实现较理想的治疗效果。
Objective To discuss the effect of tongue three needles combined with swallowing training on swallowing function and quality of life in Post-stroke Dysphagia Patients.Methods The present study included 62 patients who were diagnosed with dysphagia after stroke in Shangrao Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine from March 2020 to March 2022.The random number table method was used to assign the control group(30 patients)and the observation group(30 patients).The control group was treated with swallowing training,and on the basis of treatment in the control group,the tongue three needles therapy was used in the patients in the observation group.The swallowing function(SSA)score,quality of life level,water swallow test(WST)score,Functional Oral Intake Scale(FOIS)score and clinical efficacy were compared between the control group and the observation group.Results The SSA score and the WST of the Post-stroke dysphagia patients after the treatment were both lower than the scores before treatment and the SSA score and the WST scores of the observation group were superior to the control group(P<0.05).The quality of life score and the FOIS score of Post-stroke dysphagia patients after the treatment were both higher than the scores before treatment,and the quality of life score and the FOIS score of the observation group were superior to the control group(P<0.05).The total effective rate of treatment in the observation group was estimated at 96.77%,and this value was superior to 83.87%in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Tongue three needles combined with swallowing training has a positive effect on the improvement of swallowing function and quality of life in patients with dysphagia after stroke.Meanwhile,it can promote the recovery of swallowing function,the quality of life,FOIS score,also can reduce WST score,with a better therapeutic effect.
