摘要
目的研究中药熏洗配合关节粘连松解术对下肢骨折患者术后康复效果的影响。方法以2022年1月-2023年7月赣县区人民医院行手术治疗的62例下肢骨折患者为研究对象,经随机数字表法分为对照组(31例)与观察组(31例)。两组均给予常规术后康复,在此基础上,对照组开展关节粘连松解术,观察组则给予中药熏洗配合关节粘连松解术,比较两组肢体运动功能(Fugl-Meyer运动功能评估量表)、术后关节功能活动疼痛程度[视觉模拟评分(VAS)]、术后并发症及术后生活质量[健康调查简表(SF-36)]。结果观察组治疗后1周及治疗后1个月的Fugl-Meyer量表评分均高于对照组(P<0.05);观察组治疗后1周及治疗后1个月的VAS评分均低于对照组(P<0.05);观察组术后并发症发生率(6.45%)低于对照组(25.81%)(P<0.05);两组治疗后3个月SF-36评分高于治疗前,且观察组SF-36评分高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论中药熏洗配合关节粘连松解术可改善下肢骨折患者术后肢体运动功能,缓解其关节疼痛,降低术后并发症风险,提升生活质量,值得临床应用。
Objective To study the effect of traditional Chinese medicine fumigating and washing combined with joint adhesion release manipulationon postoperative rehabilitation of patients with lower limb fracture.Methods A total of 62 patients with lower limb fractures who underwent surgical treatment in Ganxian District People's Hospital from January 2022 to July 2023 were divided into control group(31 patients)and observation group(31 patients)by random number table method.Both groups were given routine postoperative rehabilitation.On this basis,the control group was given joint adhesion release manipulation,while the observation group was given traditional Chinese medicine fumigating and washing combined with joint adhesion release manipulation.The limb motor function(Fugl-Meyer Motor Function Assessment Scale),postoperative joint function activity pain degree[Visual Analogue Scale(VAS)],postoperative complications and postoperative quality of life[Medical Outcome Survey Short-Form 36 items(SF-36)]were compared between the two groups.Results The Fugl-Meyer scale score of the observation group at 1 week and 1 month after treatment was higher than that of the control group(P<0.05).The VAS score of the observation group at 1 week and 1 month after treatment was lower than that of the control group(P<0.05).The incidence of postoperative complications in the observation group(6.45%)was lower than that in the control group(25.81%)(P<0.05).The SF-36 score of the two groups at 3 months after treatment was higher than that before treatment,and the SF-36 score of the observation group was higher than that of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Traditional Chinese medicine fumigating and washing combined with joint adhesion release manipulation can improve the postoperative limb motor function,relieve joint pain,reduce the risk of postoperative complications and improve the quality of life of patients with lower limb fracture,which is worthy of clinical application.
