摘要
目的探究门诊癌痛患者止痛药服药依从性的影响因素,构建服药依从性预测模型,提高患者的服药依从性。方法采用便利抽样的方法,以2023年1—12月在我院疼痛科门诊就诊癌痛患者为研究对象。采用一般资料调查表、服药依从性量表、自编服药依从性影响因素问卷,收集患者的临床资料,分别使用单因素、相关分析以及多元线性回归分析,探究门诊癌痛患者止痛药服药依从性影响因素,从而构建服药依从性预测模型。结果本研究纳入120例研究对象,43.33%门诊癌痛患者依从性良好。多元线性回归分析结果显示:门诊癌痛患者止痛药服药依从性预测模型公式为r=2.871+0.995×文化程度-1.703×医疗付费方式+0.806×家人提醒+0.938×疼痛控制效果-0.566×饮食和运动-0.380×不良反应-1.458×服药信念+1.628×对疾病的信心。结论文化程度、医疗付费方式、家人提醒、疼痛控制效果、饮食和运动、不良反应、服药信念、对疾病的信心为门诊癌痛患者止痛药服药依从性的影响因素。
Objective To determine the influencing factors of analgesic compliance in outpatients with cancer pain,and to establish a prediction model of analgesic compliance,so as to improve patient compliance.Methods By convenience sampling method,patients with cancer pain treated in the Pain Department of a hospital from January to December 2023 were selected as research objects.General data questionnaire,medication compliance scale and self-designed medication compliance influencing factors questionnaire were used to collect clinical data of the patients.Single factor analysis,correlation analysis and multiple linear regression analysis were used to determine the influencing factors of analgesic medication compliance in outpatients with cancer pain to construct a prediction model.Results Among the 120 study subjects,43.33% had good compliance.The multiple linear regression analysis showed that the prediction model of analgesic compliance in cancer outpatients was r=2.871+0.995×education level-1.703×medical payment mode+0.806×family reminder+0.938×pain control effect-0.566×diet and exercise-0.380×adverse reactions-1.458×medication belief+1.628×confidence in fight against disease.Conclusion The education level,medical payment mode,family reminder,pain control effect,diet and exercise,adverse reactions,medication belief and confidence in fight against disease are the influencing factors of analgesic medication compliance in outpatients with cancer pain.
