摘要
目的探究ProTaper机用镍钛锉用于磨牙根管治疗(RCT)的充填效果,并分析其对患者龈沟液基质金属蛋白酶(MMP)-8、MMP-2及白细胞介素(IL)-8水平的影响。方法选取安徽省合肥市口腔医院口腔内科2019年1月至2023年8月收治的磨牙RCT患者80例作为研究对象,根据不同预备方式分为研究组(ProTaper机用镍钛锉预备,n=43)与对照组(不锈钢K锉预备,n=37)。对比2组根管预备/充填情况及龈沟液MMP-8、MMP-2、IL-8水平变化。结果研究组根管预备时间显著短于对照组(P<0.05)。研究组适充率(95.35%vs 81.08%)显著大于对照组(P<0.05)。研究组根管预备形态好率为97.67%,与对照组(86.49%)比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。研究组术后72 h龈沟液MMP-8、MMP-2、IL-8水平较术前均显著下降,且均低于同时间点对照组(P<0.05)。结论ProTaper机用镍钛锉用于磨牙RCT的充填效果较好,相比不锈钢K锉预备能显著缩短根管预备时间,降低龈沟液MMP-8、MMP-2、IL-8水平。
Objective To investigate the filling effect of nickel-titanium file with ProTaper in root canal treatment(RCT)of molars as well as its impact on matrix metalloproteinase(MMP-8,MMP-2)and interleukin(IL-8)levels in gingival fluid.Methods A total of 80 patients who received molar RCT in Hefei Stomatology Hospital from January 2019 to August 2023 were divided into the study group(ProTaper with nickel-titanium file,n=43)and the control group(stainless steel K file,n=37).Root canal preparation/filling outcomes and changes in MMP-8,MMP-2,and IL-8 levels in gingival fluid were compared between the two groups.Results The study group had significantly shorter root canal preparation time compared to the control group(P<0.05).The filling rate in the study group was significantly higher than in the control group(95.35%vs 81.08%,P<0.05).There was no significant difference in the rate of good root canal preparation between the two groups(97.67%vs 86.49%,P>0.05).The levels of MMP-8,MMP-2,and IL-8 in gingival fluid decreased significantly in the study group 72 hours after surgery and were lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusions Nickel-titanium file with ProTaper demonstrated better filling effects than stainless steel K file,significantly shortening root canal preparation time and reducing MMP-8,MMP-2,and IL-8 levels in gingival fluid.
