白木香离体根响应铜胁迫的转录组分析

摘要 为探究铜胁迫下白木香离体根分子响应机制,本研究对胁迫前和胁迫后的白木香离体根材料进行转录组测序(RNA-Seq)比较分析。结果表明,两组间共获得56467条Unigenes,与四大公共数据库(Nr、Swissprot、KOG、KEGG)作同源比对,注释到29037条Unigenes,其中在Nr数据库中获得注释的Unigene数量最多。以FDR<0.05且|log_(2)(FC)|>1为条件,共筛选得到18704个DEGs,其中7794个DEGs上调表达,10910个DEGs下调表达。KEGG通路分析表明,这些DEGs主要通过调节糖酵解/糖异生、脯氨酸代谢、苯丙烷生物合成、类黄酮生物合成等途径来响应铜胁迫。 To investigate the molecular response mechanism of vitro roots of Aquilaria sinensis under Cu stress,this study conducted transcriptome sequencing(RNA-Seq)analysis of Aquilaria sinensis vitro root materials before and after stress.A total of 56467 Unigenes were identified between the two groups,with 29037 Unigenes annotated through homology comparison with major public databases(Nr,Swissprot,KOG,KEGG),with the highest number of annotated Unigenes found in the Nr database.A total of 18704 differentially expressed genes(DEGs)were identified with FDR<0.05 and|log_(2)(FC)|>1,including 7794 up-regulated and 10910 down-regulated DEGs.KEGG pathway analysis revealed that these DEGs responded to copper stress by regulating pathways such as glycolysis/gluconeogenesis,proline metabolism,phenylpropanoid biosynthesis,and flavonoid biosynthesis.
