摘要
本文论述了油气长输管道SCADA系统安全建设的重要性,并基于SCADA中控系统和站控系统的网络架构和业务需求,对多个站场及中心SCADA系统进行了风险分析,并在此基础上依据网络安全等级保护技术要求提出了SCADA系统安全防护的具体措施和策略,切实提高了油气长输管道SCADA系统的网络安全防护能力。
This paper discusses the importance of securing SCADA system of oil and gas long distance transportation pipeline.Based on the network architecture and business requirements of SCADA central control system and station control system,risk analysis were conducted on SCADA systems at multiple stations and the central control center.Accordingly,specific measures and strategies for SCADA system security protection were proposed in accordance with the technical requirements of network security graded protection,effectively enhancing the network security defense capabilities of SCADA system for oil and gas long-distance pipelines.
