摘要
目的:探讨白芥子散穴位贴敷联合局部麻醉在床边支气管镜检查的效果及耐受性。方法:选取2022年7月-2023年12月于广州中医药大学顺德医院接受床边支气管镜检查的60例患者作为研究对象,以随机数表法将患者分为观察组(n=30)与对照组(n=30)。对照组采用局部麻醉,观察组采用白芥子散穴位贴敷联合局部麻醉,比较两组术中利多卡因用量、生命体征变化、术中不良反应及术后反馈。结果:观察组术中利多卡因用量在5~9 mL、10~14 mL人数较对照组更多,术中利多卡因用量在15~19 mL人数、平均术中利多卡因用量较对照组更少,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。检查中,两组最低血氧饱和度较检查前下降,但观察组高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组术中呛咳≥2次、操作暂停≥2次发生率较对照组更低,愿意再次接受检查率、满意度较对照组高,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:床边支气管镜检查患者采用白芥子散穴位贴敷联合局部麻醉,能减少术中利多卡因用量,保持生命体征平稳,减少术中不良反应发生,提高愿意再次接受检查率及满意度。
Objective:To explore the effect and tolerance of White Mustard Seed Powder acupoint application combined with local anesthesia in bedside bronchoscopy examination.Method:A total of 60 patients who underwent bedside bronchoscopy examination in Shunde Hospital Guangzhou University of Chinese Medicine from July 2022 to December 2023 were selected as the research objects,the patients were divided into the observation group(n=30)and the control group(n=30)by random number table method.The control group was treated with local anesthesia,and the observation group was treated with White Mustard Seed Powder acupoint application combined with local anesthesia.The intraoperative Lidocaine dosage,changes of vital signs,intraoperative adverse reactions and postoperative feedback were compared between two groups.Result:The number of patients with intraoperative Lidocaine dosage of 5-9 mL and 10-14 mL in the observation group were more than those in the control group,the number of patients with intraoperative Lidocaine dosage of 15-19 mL and the average intraoperative lidocaine dosage were less than those in the control group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).During examination,the lowest oxygen saturation of two groups were lower than those before examination,but that in the observation group was higher than that in the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The incidence of intraoperative cough≥2 times and operation suspension≥2 times in the observation group were lower than those in the control group,and the rate of re-willingness to accept examination and the satisfaction degree were higher than those in the control group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:The application of White Mustard Seed Powder acupoint application combined with local anesthesia in patients undergoing bedside bronchoscopy examination can reduce the amount of Lidocaine used during operation,maintain stable vital signs,reduce the occurrence of adverse reactions dur
