摘要
本文阐述了常用的油田废水处理技术、油脂在线监测与人工监测方法、在线监测纠偏控制技术和智能加药控制技术,为构建在线监测纠偏模型,通过智能算法对水质数据和加药量进行在线纠偏和计算,利用智能控制系统对采出水进行智能化调节,实现气田水系统的智能化升级等提供参考。利用大数据、人工智能等新技术,实现数据自动收集、实时监控、智能生产优化和智能决策,是推动智能油气田建设发展的必然趋势。
In order to protect the environment,the demand for clean energy natural gas is increasing day by day,and it is urgent to solve the problem of qualified reinjection of gas field wastewater.Although the dosing of chemicals based on manual detection results is accurate,it has certain lag and limitations.Online detection has timeliness but may have bias.This article elaborates on the commonly used treatment technologies for oilfield wastewater,online and manual detection methods for main water quality indicators,online monitoring and correction control technology,and intelligent dosing control technology.In order to build an online monitoring and correction model in the future,intelligent algorithms are used for online correction and calculation of water quality data and dosage,and intelligent control systems are used to intelligently adjust the produced water,To provide reference for the intelligent upgrade of the gas field water system.It is an inevitable trend in the future to achieve automatic data collection,real-time monitoring,intelligent production optimization,and intelligent decision-making through new technologies such as big data and artificial intelligence,and promote the construction of intelligent oil and gas fields.
