摘要
当前全球市场需求波动、原油价格的变化、原料供应不稳定以及环保政策的影响,导致炼油厂常常需要在低负荷状态下运行。虽然低负荷运行可以降低生产成本,但也会导致炼油装置在低负荷运行时设备效率下降,操作条件偏离设计指标,增加安全风险。分析炼油厂装置在低负荷运行下的安全、高效和平稳运行的策略,并提出相应的解决方案。
Currentfluctuations in global market demand,changes in crude oil prices,unstable feedstock supply and environmental policies have resulted in refineries often having to operate at low loads.Although the low load operation can reduce the production cost,it will also lead to the equipment efficiency of the refinery unit in the low load operation,the operating conditions deviate from the design index,and increase the safety risk.This paper will analyze the strategies of safe,efficient and stable operation of refinery units under low load operation,and put forward corresponding solutions.
