我国生态产品价值实现策略

摘要 生态产品价值实现是“两山”理念的重要实践探索,也是促进生态文明建设的重要手段,近年来受到了生态学、环境学、经济学、管理学等多个领域的关注。文中从生态产品价值实现的产权基础、价值实现途径等方面对现有文献进行梳理,并针对现存问题提出3个方面改进策略:1)明晰生态产品概念,厘清概念边界;2)明晰权属边界,厘清产权外延;3)推动生态产品市场化,创新生态产品价值实现途径。 The realization of ecological product value is an important exploration to materialize the“Two Mountains”concept and an important means to ecological civilization.It has been the hot topic in multiple fields such as ecology,environmental science,economics,and management.This paper reviews literature on the property rights for ecological product value realization,and the path to the value realization.To address the issues in the value realization three strategies of improvements are put forward:1)to clarify the concept of ecological products and specify the boundaries of the concept;2)to clarify the boundaries and scope of property rights;and 3)to promote the marketization of ecological products and innovate the path to the realization of ecological product value.
