超声引导下微波消融治疗压迫性甲状腺实性良性结节的临床疗效研究

摘要 目的探讨超声引导下微波消融治疗压迫性甲状腺实性良性结节的临床疗效。方法选取2021年1—12月抚州市第一人民医院收治的80例压迫性甲状腺实性良性结节患者作为研究对象,根据不同治疗方式分为对照组与研究组,每组40例。对照组应用常规手术治疗,研究组应用超声引导下微波消融治疗。比较两组治疗前后甲状腺功能及结节体积消融情况。结果治疗前,两组血清游离甲状腺素(free thyroxine,FT4)、游离三碘甲状腺原氨酸(free triiodothyronine,FT3)、促甲状腺激素(thyroid stimulating hormone,TSH)水平比较差异无统计学意义;治疗后,研究组血清FT4、FT3水平低于对照组,血清TSH水平高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。研究组结节体积消融总有效率高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论与常规手术治疗相比,超声引导下微波消融治疗压迫性甲状腺实性良性结节对患者甲状腺功能的影响较小,对甲状腺结节体积消融的整体治疗效果较好,应用价值较高。 Objective To investigate the clinical study of ultrasound-guided microwave ablation in the treatment of compression solid benign thyroid nodules.Methods A total of 80 patients with compression solid benign thyroid nodules admitted to the First People's Hospital of Fuzhou from January 2021 to December 2021 were selected as the study subjects,and they were divided into the control group and the study group according to different treatment methods,with 40 cases in each group.The control group was treated with conventional surgery,and the study group was treated with ultrasound-guided microwave ablation.Thyroid function before and after treatment and nodule volume ablation were compared between the two groups.Results Before treatment,there were no significant differences in serum free thyroxine(FT4),free triiodothyronine(FT3)and thyroid stimulating hormone(TSH)levels between the two groups;after treatment,serum FT4 and FT3 levels in the study group were lower than those in the control group,and serum TSH levels was higher than that in the control group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The total effective rate of nodule volume ablation in the study group was higher than that in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Compared with conventional surgical treatment,ultrasound-guided microwave ablation has less effect on the thyroid function of patients with compression solid benign thyroid nodules,and has better overall therapeutic effect on the volume ablation of thyroid nodules,with higher application value.
