摘要
化工产业在推动经济发展的同时,也带来了环境问题,尤其是污水处理问题。膜生物反应器技术结合了膜分离技术和生物处理技术,能有效处理含有复杂有机物和有害物质的工业废水。膜生物反应器技术通过生物反应器降解有机污染物,膜组件则分离出清洁水和污泥,有效提高了处理效率和水质标准。文章探讨了膜生物反应器技术在化工污水处理中的应用,包括工艺流程设计、关键技术参数(如生物反应器中的微生物种群和污泥浓度、水力停留时间的调控),并对膜生物反应器技术的优化方向和未来发展进行了展望。
While the chemical industry promotes economic development,it also brings environmental problems,especially sewage treatment problems.Membrane bioreactor technology combines membrane separation technology and biological treatment technology,which can effectively treat industrial wastewater containing complex organic and harmful substances.Membrane bioreactor technology degrades organic pollutants through bioreactors,and membrane components separate clean water and sludge,effectively improving treatment efficiency and water quality standards.This paper discusses the application of membrane bioreactor technology in chemical wastewater treatment,including process design,key technical parameters(such as microbial population and sludge concentration in bioreactor,hydraulic residence time regulation),and the optimization direction and future development of membrane bioreactor technology are prospected.
