摘要
痛经是妇科常见的疾病,中医证型虚实寒热错杂,治疗在辨证基础上常采用“通”法,即通则不痛。风药是一类具有发散、疏解、宣透、升提作用的中药的统称。临床治疗痛经时,常在辨病辨证的基础上加用风药,可起到通则不痛之功。如临床以气滞血瘀作痛时,风药能宣通气血;寒凝血瘀作痛,风药能帮助升阳畅气;湿热气阻作痛,风药可胜湿化痰,升散疏热;气血虚弱作痛,风药能鼓荡气机,助养气血。文章从风药的不同作用以及痛经的病因病机出发,结合中医古籍以及现代药理研究,简述风药在痛经治疗中的作用。
Dysmenorrhea is a common gynecologic disorder,treatment based on pattern identification is deficiencyexcess complex.Treatment is often based on the identification of the pattern and the use of the‘dredging’method.Wind medicine is a collective term for a group of traditional Chinese medicines that have the effects of dispersing,propagating,and elevating.Clinical treatment of dysmenorrhea,often adding wind medicine on the basis of differentiation of disease and syndrome,can play an‘alleviating pain’effect.If pain is caused by qi stagnation and blood stasis,wind medicine can promote the circulation of qi and blood.If clinical pain is caused by cold and blood stasis,wind medicine can help to elevate yang and relax qi.If clinical dampness and heat obstruction cause pain,wind medicine can win over dampness and resolve phlegm,promote dispersal and disperse heat.If clinical pain is caused by and weak qi and blood,wind medicine can stimulate qi and help nourish qi and blood.This paper briefly describes the role of wind medicines in the treatment of dysmenorrhea from the different effects of wind medicines and the etiology and pathogenesis of dysmenorrhea,combined with ancient Chinese medical texts as well as modern pharmacological studies.
