摘要
目的探讨对胃肠癌术后化疗患者实施基于自评主观全面评定量表(PG-SGA)的个体化营养干预对其营养状态的影响。方法选取2022年6月至2023年6月我院收治的70例胃肠癌术后化疗患者,通过随机数字表法将观察对象均匀分为两组,分组后分别命名为对照组、观察组,两组的患者例数均为35例。其中,对照组实施常规营养干预,观察组实施基于PG-SGA的个体化营养干预,对比两组干预前后的胃肠功能、营养状况、免疫功能指标、生活质量和不良情况发生率。结果干预后,观察组促胃液素(GAS)、胃动素(MTL)水平高于对照组(P<0.05);观察组前白蛋白(PA)、血清白蛋白(Alb)高于对照组(P<0.05);观察组白细胞计数(WBC)、平均血小板体积(MPV)高于对照组,降钙素原(PCT)低于对照组(P<0.05);在生活质量量表(WHOQOL-100)评分的比较上,与对照组相比,观察组相对较高;观察组不良情况发生率低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论针对胃肠癌术后接受化疗的患者,采用基于PG-SGA的个性化营养干预措施,其成效颇为显著,此干预策略不仅能够大幅度缓解化疗对患者胃肠功能的负面影响,还有助于提升其营养状态,更重要的是,其能够强化患者的免疫功能,全面优化其生活质量,并有效降低各种不良事件的发生概率。
Objective To investigate the clinical effects of individualized nutrition intervention based on self-rated subjective comprehensive rating scale(PG-SGA)on nutritional status of patients with gastrointestinal cancer after chemotherapy.Methods Seventy patients with postoperative chemotherapy for gastrointestinal cancer admitted to our hospital from June 2022 to June 2023 were selected,and the observation subjects were evenly divided into two groups by random number table method,which were respectively named control group and observation group.The number of patients in both groups was 35.Among them,the control group received conventional nutrition intervention,and the observation group received individualized nutrition intervention based on PG-SGA.The gastrointestinal function,nutritional status,immune function indexes,quality of life and incidence of adverse conditions before and after intervention were compared between the two groups.Results After intervention,the levels of gastrin(GAS)and motilin(MTL)in the observation group were higher than those in the control group(P<0.05).The levels of prealbumin(PA)and serum albumin(Alb)in observation group were higher than those in control group(P<0.05).Compared with the control group,the white blood cell count(WBC)and mean platelet volume(MPV)in the observation group were higher,and the procalcitonin(PCT)in the observation group was lower(P<0.05).The Quality of Life Scale(WHOQOL-100)score was higher in the observation group than in the control group(P<0.05).Compared with the control group,the incidence of adverse conditions was lower in the observation group(P<0.05).Conclusions For patients receiving chemotherapy after surgery for gastrointestinal cancer,personalized nutrition intervention measures based on PG-SGA have achieved remarkable results.This intervention strategy can not only greatly alleviate the negative effects of chemotherapy on patients'gastrointestinal function,but also help improve their nutritional status.More importantly,it can strengthen patients'immune
