摘要
目的 探讨在临床医学本科专业实习阶段的外科教学中采取PDCA联合CBL教学模式进行教学的效果.方法 选取首都医科大学临床医学专业5年制的2023届毕业生86名和2024届毕业生93名学生作为研究对象.其中2023届的36人和2024届的39人作为对照组,采用传统式临床教学模式.2023届的50人和2024届的54人作为研究组,采用PDCA联合CBL教学法.分别对比两届学生组间的理论知识考核成绩、临床技能考核成绩、病例分析能力考核成绩,问卷调查学生对学习的自我评价及对教学模式的评价.结果 两届学生的研究组理论知识考核成绩均较对照组高,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);2024届学生的研究组临床技能考核成绩、病例分析能力考核成绩均较对照组高,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);研究组在师生交流、自主学习、问诊技巧、医患沟通方面的自我评价优于对照组,组间差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05).研究组比对照组有更多的学生认为学习资源利用率较高,并对当前教学模式表示非常满意(P<0.05).结论 实习医院在外科临床教学中应用PDCA联合CBL模式可提高学生的理论成绩,强化其外科技能和病例分析能力,提高教学效果.
Objective To explore the effectiveness of using PDCA combined with CBL teaching mode in surgical teaching during the internship stage of clinical medicine undergraduate majors.Methods 86 graduates of the 2023 cohort and 93 graduates of the 2024 cohort with a 5-year clinical medicine program at Capital Medical University were selected as the research subjects.Among them,36 people from the 2023 cohort and 39 people from the 2024 cohort were used as control groups,using traditional clinical teaching methods.The research group consisted of 50 participants from the 2023 cohort and 54 participants from the 2024 cohort,using the PDCA combined with CBL teaching method.Compare the theoretical knowledge assessment scores,clinical skills assessment scores,and case analysis ability assessment scores between two student groups,and conduct a questionnaire survey on students'self-evaluation of learning and evaluation of teaching modes.Results The theoretical knowledge assessment scores of the research group were higher than those of the control group in both sessions,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05);the clinical skills assessment scores and case analysis ability assessment scores of the 2024 research group were higher than those of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05);the self-evaluation of the research group in teacher-student communication,self-directed learning,consultation skills,and doctor-patient communication was better than that of the control group,and the differences between the groups were statistically significant(P<0.05).More students in the research group compared to the control group believed that the utilization of learning resources was higher and expressed great satisfaction with the current teaching mode(P<0.05).Conclusion The application of PDCA combined with CBL model in surgical clinical teaching in internship hospitals can improve students'theoretical grades,strengthen their surgical skills and case analysis abilities,and improve teaching effec
