摘要
目的分析托法替布联合甲氨蝶呤在类风湿关节炎治疗中的价值。方法非随机选取2020年1月—2023年12月江苏大学附属武进医院收治的107例类风湿关节炎患者为研究对象,根据治疗方法不同分为对照组53例,研究组54例。对照组口服甲氨蝶呤片,研究组联合枸橼酸托法替布片。对比两组、疗效炎症反应、不良反应及生活质量。结果研究组总有效率为98.15%(53/54),高于对照组的88.68%(47/53),差异有统计学意义(χ^(2)=3.922,P<0.05)。治疗后,研究组各项炎症因子水平低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P均<0.05)。两组不良反应发生率对比,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。治疗后,研究组生活质量评分高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P均<0.05)。结论托法替布联合甲氨蝶呤治疗类风湿关节炎,有效率较高,不良反应较少,有助于降低炎症,提高生活质量。
Objective To analyze the value of tofacatib combined with methotrexate in rheumatoid arthritis.Methods A total of 107 patients with rheumatoid arthritis admitted to Wujin Hospital Affiliated to Jiangsu University from Janu⁃ary 2020 to December 2023 were non-randomly selected as the research objects.According to different treatment methods,they were divided into the control group(53 cases)and the study group(54 cases).The control group took methotrexate tablets orally,and the study group combined with Tofactibu citrate tablets.The inflammatory response,ef⁃ficacy,adverse reactions and quality of life were compared between the two groups.Results The total effective rate in the study group was 98.15%(53/54),higher than 88.68%(47/53)in the control group,the difference was statistically significant(χ^(2)=3.922,P<0.05).After treatment,the levels of various inflammatory factors in the study group were lower than those in the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(all P<0.05).There was no sig⁃nificant difference in the incidence of adverse reactions between the two groups(P>0.05).After treatment,the quality of life score in the study group were higher than control group,and the difference were statistically significant(all P<0.05).Conclusion Tofacatib combined with methotrexate in the treatment of rheumatoid arthritis,the effective rate is higher,less adverse reactions,help to reduce inflammation and improve quality of life.
