摘要
简要介绍了冷轧装备发展的总体方向和趋势,重点介绍了近年来一重集团在冷轧装备绿色化、智能化方面的研究进展和取得的成果,在绿色节能方面重点介绍了导热油加热、酸雾多级处理、末机架出口分压式及时吹扫技术,在自动化、智能化方面重点介绍了边丝自动导引、六自由度圆盘剪、新型VCMS六辊冷轧机、机组仪器仪表配置等核心关键技术。另外还介绍国内冷轧装备整体达到的技术水平及今后研发重点。
This paper briefly introduces the general direction and trend of the development of cold rolling equipment,and introduces the research progress and achievements of yizhong Group in the greening and intelligence of cold rolling equipment in recent years.In terms of green energy saving,this paper mainly introduces thermal oil heating,acid fog multistage treatment,and timely purging technology at the end of the last frame.In the aspects of automation and intelligence,the key technologies such as automatic guidance of edge wire,six degrees of freedom Side Trimmer,new vcms six-rolls cold mill and instrument configuration of line are introduced.In addition,the overall technical level of domestic cold rolling equipment and future research and development focus.
