冷变形和热处理对Haynes 230合金晶粒度的影响

摘要 研究了固溶温度和冷变形对Haynes 230高温合金奥氏体晶粒长大的影响规律。对不同固溶温度和不同变形量的Haynes 230高温合金冷轧板进行了15 min的固溶处理,并测量了固溶后的奥氏体晶粒平均尺寸。利用Arrhenius公式建立了不同变形量下的Haynes 230合金奥氏体晶粒长大模型。结果表明,在相同固溶温度下,随着变形量增加,奥氏体晶粒尺寸减小;在相同变形量下,随着固溶温度升高,奥氏体晶粒尺寸增大,且呈现出先缓后急的特征。变形量分别为0、26%和58%时的奥氏体晶粒长大激活能分别为47、52和119 kJ/mol。 Effects of solution temperature and cold deformation on austenite grain growth of Haynes 230 superalloy were investigated.The cold-rolled plates of Haynes 230 superalloy with different solution temperatures and deformation amounts were solution treated for 15 min,and the average austenite grain size after solution treatment was measured.A model for austenite grain growth of Haynes 230 alloy under different deformation amounts was established by Arrhenius formula.The results indicate that the austenite grain size is decreased with the increasing of deformation rate at given temperature.At given deformation rate,the austenite grain size is increased with the increasing of solution temperature,presenting characteristics of firstly slow and then acute.The activation energies of austenite grain growth under different deformation amounts are 47,52 and 119 kJ/mol.
