摘要
纤维素是地球上含量最丰富的天然高分子聚合物,从生物质中提取物理结构和表面化学性质可控的纤维素纳米晶(CNC),是目前农业废弃物高值化和再利用的研究热点。本文综述了CNC的研究现状,概述了纳米纤维素的分类、理化特性,重点介绍了从生物质中提取CNC的方法,通过对CNC的几何尺寸和微观形貌进行对比分析,评价了酸解法、机械处理法、氧化法和酶解法等CNC制备方法的优缺点,以及系统地介绍了CNC在光电、生物医学、能源与环境、食品工业等领域的应用。最后,对当前CNC制备面临的挑战进行了总结并展望了其发展前景。
Cellulose is the most abundant natural polymer on earth.Extracting cellulose nanocrystals(CNC)with controllable physical structure and surface chemical properties from biomass is currently a research hotspot for high-value and reuse of agricultural waste.This article reviewed the research status of CNC,outlined the classification and physicochemical properties of nanocellulose,and focused on the methods of extracting CNC from biomass.By comparing and analyzing the geometric dimensions and microstructure of CNC,the advantages and disadvantages of CNC preparation methods including acid hydrolysis,mechanical treatment,oxidation,and enzymatic hydrolysis were evaluated,and the application of CNC in optoelectronics biomedicine,energy and environment,food industry and other fields was systematically introduced.Finally,the current challenges of CNC preparation were summarized and its future development were prospected.
