摘要
为有效处理设计参数评估过程的多源异质信息,提出一种集成TOPSIS和PROMETHEEⅡ的设计方案选择方法。首先,基于TOPSIS处理可靠性分析数据,运用信息熵确定测试指标权重,采用加权欧式距离计算设计参数的贴进度;其次,基于PROMETHEEⅡ处理设计失效模式及效用分析数据,运用联合密度函数归一化评估信息,基于Jaynes最大熵优化风险因子权重,依据净流量测定设计参数的风险偏好。然后,基于相对贴进度和总风险偏好指数构建综合识别指数,用以选择最佳设计方案。最后,以某企业LCD产品的设计参数评估为例,通过方法对比和灵敏度分析验证所提方法的有效性。
To effectively deal with the multi-source heterogeneous information in the design parameter evaluation process,a selection method of design scheme integrating TOPSIS and PROMETHEE II was proposed.The data of reliability analysis were processed based on TOPSIS,the information entropy was applied to determine the weight of the test index,and the weighted Euclidean distance was used to calculate the relative closeness degree of design parameters.The data of design failure mode and effects analysis were processed based on PROMETHEE II,the joint density function was used to process the assessment information,the weight of risk factors was optimized based on the Jaynes maximum entropy,and the risk preference of design parameter was calculated by net flow.Then,a comprehensive identification index was constructed based on the relative closeness degree index and the total risk preference index,which was used to select the optimal design scheme.Finally,a real-world case of LCD products was implemented,and method comparison and sensitivity analysis were concluded to demonstrate the feasibility of the proposed approach.
