船舶分段合拢曲面自动焊接工艺及其应用

摘要 针对船舶分段合拢曲面自动焊接的需要,研究应用机械本体驱动、无线控制和焊缝检测控制等工艺,为曲面自动焊接提供技术支持,实现船舶分段合拢曲面长距离不间断自动焊接。通过实船试验和应用表明,采用上述自动焊接工艺可显著提升曲线焊接的效率,稳定焊接质量,改善焊工劳动环境,具有较大的推广应用价值。 According to the need of automatic welding of segmented closed surfaces of ships,the research and application of mechanical body drive,wireless control and weld detection control processes provide technical support for automatic welding of curved surfaces,and realize long-distance uninterrupted automatic welding of segmented closed surfaces of ships.The application of automatic welding technology has been demonstrated to significantly enhance the welding efficiency of sectional closed surfaces,stabilize welding quality,and enhance the working environment of welderers,a technology that has great popularity and practicality.
