吉康油田萨探1区块优快钻完井关键技术

Key technologies for optimized-rapid drilling and completion of Satan 1 Block in Jikang Oilfield

摘要 萨探1区块致密砂岩油藏是吐哈油田十四五重点增储上产领域,但区块地层纵向岩性复杂且高低压并存,钻井过程中“塌、卡、漏、慢”矛盾突出,复杂事故率高,钻井周期长,严重制约了区块高效建产的步伐。针对钻完井技术瓶颈,以地层四压力剖面、岩石可钻性、井壁坍塌机理研究为基础,开展了井身结构优化、PDC钻头优选、钻井液体系优选、复杂裸眼井段通井等技术研究,2022年通过四轮次示范与推广应用,形成了非标小三开井身结构、“一趟钻”钻井提速、油基钻井液为代表的钻井提速提效配套技术,直井、定向井平均钻井周期由122.69 d逐步缩短至49.70 d,平均机械钻速由3.57 m/h提高至9.86 m/h,复杂事故时效由20.70%降至2.67%,为国内同类型砂岩油藏优快钻井提供了技术借鉴。 Tight sandstone reservoir in Satan 1 block is a key area for increasing reserves and production in the Tuha Oilfield during the 14th Five Year Plan period.However,the vertical lithology of the block is complex and coexists with high and low pressure.During the drilling process,the contradictions of"collapse,jamming,leakage,and slow"are prominent,and the complex accident rate is high.The long drilling cycle seriously restricts the efficient construction and production.In response to the bottleneck,based on the study of formation four-pressure profiles,rock drillability,and wellbore collapse mechanism,technical research has been carried out on wellbore structure optimization,PDC drill bit optimization,drilling fluid system optimization,and complex open hole wellbore section communication.In 2022,through four rounds of demonstration and promotion applications,non-standard small three-hole wellbore structures,"one trip drilling"drilling speed improvement and efficiency enhancement supporting technologies with oil-based drilling fluids have been formed.The average drilling cycle of vertical and directional wells has gradually shortened from 122.69 to 49.70 days,the average mechanical drilling speed has increased from 3.57 m/h to 9.86 m/h,and the efficiency of complex accidents has decreased from 20.70%to 2.67%,which provides a good reference for efficient drilling of similar sandstone reservoirs in China.
