摘要
目的汉化汉密尔顿精神分裂症幻听问卷(the hamilton program for schizophrenia voices questionnaire,HPSVQ)并检验其信效度。方法对问卷进行翻译、跨文化调试后,选取山东省某三甲精神专科医院精神分裂症住院患者221例进行调查以检验信效度。结果中文版HPSVQ内容效度为1;探索性结构方程分析确定2个维度,χ^(2)/df=1.792,RMSEA=0.062,SRMR=0.034,CFI=0.981,TLI=0.971,并具有良好的收敛效度和区别效度。问卷总Cronbach′sα系数为0.928,各维度间Cronbach′sα系数为0.886、0.927,重测信度为0.845。结论中文版HPSVQ具有良好的信效度,可作为测量幻听的工具。
Objective To translate the Hamilton program for schizophrenia voices questionnaire(HPSVQ)into Chinese,and to test its reliability and validity.Methods After the questionnaire was translated and cross-cultural semantic adaptation,221 patients with schizophrenic in a grade A tertiary psychiatric hospital in Shandong province were selected to investigate so as to test its reliability and validity.Results The content validity index of the Chinese version of HPSVQ was 1;The exploratory structural equation modeling extracted 2 domains,χ^(2)/df=1.792,RMSEA=0.062,SRMR=0.034,CFI=0.987,TLI=0.971,with good convergent validity and discriminant validity.The total Cronbach'sαcoefficient of the questionnaire was 0.928,and the Cronbach'sαcoefficient of each dimension were 0.886,0.927,and the overall test-retest reliability was 0.845.Conclusion The Chinese version of HPSVQ shows sufficient reliability and validity,which can be used as a tool to measure auditory hallucinations.
