摘要
中国作为现阶段世界上最大的发展中国家和碳排放国家,所面临的“双碳”压力和能源转型挑战尤为严峻。农村能源是中国能源体系的重要组成部分,建设农村新型能源体系既是实现“双碳”目标的必然要求,又是支撑全面推进乡村振兴的重要动力。文章在探讨农村新型能源体系的内涵和建设意义的基础上,分析了中国农村能源体系的现状,总体看农村能源消费仍以传统能源为主,农村新型能源体系建设处于起步阶段。研究发现,建设农村新型能源体系面临农村新型能源体系建设技术不足、农村能源基础设施建设薄弱、农村新型能源供给不足、农村新型能源消费结构不合理等主要挑战。进而提出推进农村新型能源体系建设应采取以下关键对策:加快农村新型能源体系建设的技术突破、加强农村新型能源基础设施和公共服务城乡一体化建设、建立农村多元新型能源供应体系、推动农村能源消费革命等。
As the world's largest developing country and carbon emitting country,China faces significant pressure in achieving"dual carbon"goal and addressing energy transition challenges.Rural energy is an important part of China's energy system,and the construction of a new rural energy system is not only an inevitable requirement to achieve the"dual carbon"goal,but also an important driving force to support the comprehensive promotion of rural revitalization.Based on discussing the connotation and construction significance of a new rural energy system,this paper analyzes the current state of rural energy in China.Generally speaking,rural energy consumption largely relies on traditional energy sources,and the construction of a new rural energy system remains in its initial stage.The study found that the construction of rural new energy system faces major challenges such as insufficient technology for rural new energy system construction,weak rural energy infrastructure construction,insufficient rural new energy supply,and unreasonable rural new energy consumption structure.Furthermore,the paper suggests several strategies for advancing the development of a new rural energy system:accelerating technological breakthroughs in the construction of the new rural energy system,strengthening integrated urban-rural energy infrastructure and public services,establishing a diversified rural energy supply system,and promoting a rural energy consumption revolution.
