摘要
目的:分析基于膀胱容量压力测定结果的间歇性导尿护理在老年神经源性膀胱患者中的应用效果。方法:选取2021年7月—2024年5月乌鲁木齐市第四人民医院收治的老年神经源性膀胱患者62例作为研究对象,结合抽签法随机分为对照组(n=31,实施常规膀胱护理)、试验组(n=31,在对照组基础上实施基于膀胱容量压力测定结果的间歇性导尿护理)。对比两组膀胱功能、排尿情况、并发症发生情况。结果:护理前,两组膀胱压力、膀胱容量、国际下尿路功能症状(LUTS)评分比较,无统计学差异(P>0.05);护理后,两组膀胱压力、膀胱容量均升高,且试验组升高幅度大于对照组,两组LUTS评分均下降,且试验组下降幅度大于对照组(P<0.05)。试验组24 h单次排尿量、日排尿次数均比对照组多,残余尿量比对照组少(P<0.05)。试验组并发症总发生率为3.22%,低于对照组(P=0.044)。结论:基于膀胱容量压力测定结果的间歇性导尿护理在老年神经源性膀胱患者中的应用效果较好,可改善患者膀胱功能、排尿情况,减少并发症发生风险。
Objective:To analyze the application effect of intermittent catheterization nursing based on bladder volume-pressure measurement results in elderly patients with neurogenic bladder.Methods:A total of 62 elderly patients with neurogenic bladder admitted to the Fourth People's Hospital of Urumqi from July 2021 to May 2024 were selected as the study subjects.They were randomly divided into the control group(n=31,receiving routine bladder nursing)and the test group(n=31,receiving intermittent catheterization nursing based on bladder volume-pressure measurement results on the basis of the control group).Bladder func⁃tion,urination,and complications were compared between the two groups.Results:Before nursing,there was no significant differ⁃ence in bladder pressure,bladder volume,and international lower urinary tract symptoms(LUTS)scores between the two groups(P>0.05).After nursing,bladder pressure and bladder volume in two groups increased,and the increment in the test group was greater than that in the control group,while the LUTS scores in two groups decreased,and the decrease in the test group was greater than that in the control group(P<0.05).The 24 h single urine output and daily urine frequency in the test group were higher than those in the control group,and the residual urine volume in the test group was less than that in the control group(P<0.05).The total incidence of complications in the test group was 3.22%,which was lower than that in the control group(P=0.044).Conclusion:Intermittent catheterization nursing based on bladder volume-pressure measurement results has a good effect in el⁃derly patients with neurogenic bladder,and can improve bladder function and urination,and reduce the risk of complications.
