摘要
目的:分析于我院就诊的泌尿系统感染患者解脲脲原体(UU)、淋球菌(NG)、沙眼衣原体(CT)的感染情况,探讨其临床应用价值。方法:收集2023年1月-2023年12月于我院就诊的910例泌尿系统感染患者资料,同时进行回顾性分析其UU、NG、CT的感染分布情况,并分别比较不同性别、不同年龄段的UU、NG、CT检出率。结果:收集的910例患者中,阳性(UU、NG、CT其中之一为阳性者即算为阳性)患者465例,检出率为51.10%;其中单一感染阳性为412例(UU为38.90%,NG为3.30%,CT为3.08%),两种病原体感染者为49例,检出率为5.82%,UU+CT检出率为4.07%,UU+NG检出率为0.77%,NG+CT检出率0.55%;三种病原体感染者为4例,检出率为0.44%。不同性别UU、NG、CT检出率分别为36.36%和61.95%、12.91%和1.93%、10.65%和8.85%。不同性别间UU、NG检出率比较,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.001)。通过不同年龄段检出率比较发现,15~30岁间UU、NG、CT检出率最高,随着年龄的增长,患者检出率逐渐降低。不同年龄段检出率比较,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.001)。结论:本研究表明在泌尿系统感染患者中UU检出率最高,女性感染主要以UU为主,男性感染主要以NG为主。
Objective:To analyze the infections of Ureaplasma urealyticum(UU),Neisseria gonorrhoeae(NG),and Chlamydia trachomatis(CT)in patients with urological infections who were admitted to our hospital,and to explore the clinical value of their application.Methods:The data of 910 patients with urinary tract infections who visited our hospital from January 2023 to December 2023 were collected,and the distribution of their UU,NG,and CT infections was also retrospectively analyzed,and the detection rates of UU,NG,and CT were compared between different genders and different age groups,respectively.Results:Among the 910 patients collected 465 patients were positive(one ofUU,NG,and CT was considered positive),with a detection rate of 51.10%;Among them,412 patients were positive for a single infection(38.90%for UU,3.30%for NG,3.08%for CT),49 were infected with two pathogens,with a detection rate of 5.82%,and 4.07%were infected with UU+CT.With a detection rate of 4.07%,UU+NG with a detection rate of 0.77%,and NG+CT with a detection rate of 0.55%;And four cases of three pathogens with a detection rate of 0.44%.The detection rates of UU,NG and CT among different genders were 36.36%and 61.95%,12.91%and 1.93%,10.65%and 8.85%,respectively.Comparison of UU and NG detection rates between different genders showed statistically significant differences(P<0.001).Comparison of detection rates by different age groups revealed that the highest detection rates of UU,NG,and CT were found between the ages of 15 and 30 years,and the detection rates of patients gradually decreased with the increase of age.Comparison of the detection rates in dfferent age groups showed a statistically significant difference(P<0.001).Conclision:This study showed that the detection rate ofUU was the highest among patients with urinary tract infections,UU is the main infection in women,while NG is the main infection in men.
