摘要
我国自全面实施超低排放标准以来,燃煤锅炉烟气中可过滤颗粒物(FPM)排放得到有效控制,但可凝结颗粒物(CPM)的脱除效果存在差异,由CPM引发的雾霾及烟羽现象仍备受关注。目前我国尚未发布CPM的监测及排放标准,燃煤锅炉烟气中CPM排放特性不清晰,CPM控制效果参差不齐。综述了CPM的概念、危害、组成及控制技术,分析了现有超低排放烟气治理技术及CPM控制技术对CPM脱除的影响。为有效控制CPM的排放,提出建议:加强煤质硫分管控,优化燃烧过程;完善固定污染源排放清单,健全CPM和SO_(3)监测方法和排放标准体系;评估增改设备或调整运行方式对SO_(3)和CPM生成和脱除的影响。
The emission of FPM(filter particulate matter)from the flue gas of coal-fired boiler has been effectively controlled,but the removal effect of CPM(condensable particulate matter)is different,and the smog and plume phenomenon caused by CPM are still of great concern.At present,China has not released the monitoring and emission standards for CPM,and the CPM emission characteristics in the flue gas of coal-fired boiler are not clear,and the CPM control effect is uneven.This paper summarizes the concept of CPM,CPM emission characteristics,hazards,composition,and control technologies of coal-fired boilers,and analyzes the influence of the existing ultra-low emission flue gas treatment technologies and CPM control technologies on CPM removal.To effectively control CPM emissions,it is suggested to strengthen the control of coal sulfur content and optimize the combustion process;improve the fixed pollution source emission inventory,establish CPM and SO_(3) monitoring methods and emission standard system;evaluate the impact of adding or modifying equipment or adjusting operating modes on the generation and removal of SO_(3) and CPM.
