摘要
党的二十大报告指出,全面建设社会主义现代化国家,最艰巨最繁重的任务仍然在农村;要全面推进乡村振兴,加快建设农业强国。在全面推进乡村振兴过程中,广西乡村振兴正面临资金筹措渠道单一、资源整合度低下和乡村振兴人才匮乏三大发展瓶颈。社会创业作为一种以社会使命与解决部分社会问题为导向、利用商业化手段创新性地整合内外部资源来实现社会与经济等多重价值的全新创业方式,在资金筹措、资源挖掘整合和队伍结构等方面独树一帜。社会创业通过机会识别—机会开发—机会实现的路径实现与乡村振兴的耦合,为广西全面推进乡村振兴提供新的思想资源和行动模式。为保障社会创业与全面推进乡村振兴持续深度耦合,应引导乡村振兴社会创业者正确处理好资源和能力、公益和市场、独立和依附的关系。
The 20th National Congress of the Communist Party of China pointed out that the most arduous and onerous task of comprehensively building a modern socialist country still lies in the countryside.It is necessary to comprehensively promote rural revitalization and accelerate the building of an agricultural power.In the process of comprehensively promoting rural revitalization,Guangxi rural revitalization is facing three development bottlenecks:a single financing channel,low integration of resources,and a lack of rural revitalization talents.Social entrepreneurship,as a new entrepreneurial approach guided by social mission and solving some social problems,innovatively integrates internal and external resources through commercial means to achieve multiple social and economic values.It is unique in fund raising,resource mining and integration,team structure,and other aspects.Through the path of opportunity identification-opportunity development-opportunity realization,social entrepreneurship is coupled with rural revitalization,providing new thought resources and action models for comprehensively promoting rural revitalization in Guangxi.To ensure the continuous and deep coupling between social entrepreneurship and comprehensively promoting rural revitalization,It is necessary to guide rural revitalization social entrepreneurs to correctly handle the relationship between resources and capabilities,public welfare and market,and independence and dependence.
