摘要
抗浮锚杆技术广泛应用于抵抗建筑物的地下空间、给排水构筑物产生的浮力。在锚杆设计中,技术人员过多地关注抗拔承载力而忽视了锚杆耐久性问题。华南地区某新建自来水厂项目所处场区经过地质勘察发现,地下水对混凝土结构中的钢筋具有一般微腐蚀性,为保障锚杆的耐久性和可靠性及满足自来水厂的长期使用要求,需要对抗浮锚杆采取相应的抗腐蚀措施。本文开展了两种情况下(不涂/涂有防锈蚀涂层)的锚杆拉拔试验。试验表明,涂有防锈蚀涂层的锚杆的抗拔力没有明显下降并且满足抗拔要求。
Anti-floating anchor technology is widely used to resist the buoyancy generated by underground spaces,water supply,and building drainage structures.In anchor design,technicians pay too much attention to the pull-out bearing capacity and ignore the durability of anchors.After geological surveys of the site of a new water plant project in South China,it is found that groundwater has a general micro-corrosive effect on the steel bars in the concrete structure.To ensure the anchor's durability and reliability and meet the water plant's long-term use requirements,it is necessary to take corresponding anti-corrosion measures for anti-floating anchors.This paper conducts anchor pull-out tests under two conditions(without/with anti-corrosion coating).The test shows that the pull-out force of the anchor coated with anti-corrosion coating does not decrease significantly and meets the pull-out requirements.
