摘要
通过轮次基酒乳酸检测对比实验,建立了高效液相色谱检测酱香型白酒轮次基酒乳酸的方法,为轮次基酒风味成分的检测提供了参考。采用PR-C_(18)色谱柱(4.6×250 mm,5μm),以0.1%磷酸水-甲醇为流动相,采取等度洗脱的方式,检测波长214 nm,流速1 mL/min,柱温40℃,进样量5μL。方法学验证表明,该方法在特定线性范围内,乳酸有较好的线性关系,相关系数R^(2)为0.9997,加标回收率为100%~110%,重复性、稳定性RSD均小于2%,可用于酱香型白酒不同轮次基酒的乳酸检测。
Through comparative experiments,a method for the detection of lactic acid in Jiangxiang crude liquor of different production rounds was established by using high performance liquid chromatography(HPLC).The separation was performed on a PR-C_(18) column(4.6×250 mm,5μm),the isometric elution was performed with 0.1%H_(3)PO_(4)-methanol solution as the mobile phase,the detection wavelength was 214 nm,the flow rate was 1 mL/min,the column temperature was 40℃,and the injection volume was 5μL.The methodological verification showed that lactic acid had good linear relationship in a specific linear range,the correlation coefficient R2 was 0.9997,the recovery rate was between 100%and 110%,and the repeatability and stability RSD were less than 2%.The method can be used to detect lactic acid in Jiangxiang crude liquor of different production rounds.
