环氧胶膜在座舱边缘软连接领域的应用研究

Study on the Application of Epoxy Adhesive Film in the Field of Cockpit Edge Soft Connection

摘要 选取中低温固化环氧胶膜和聚氨酯胶粘剂两种粘接方案对座舱边缘软连接用涤丝带和有机玻璃的粘接性能进行评估,从-55℃、-25℃、0℃、室温(23℃)50℃、75℃、100℃等7个温度点评估座舱试验件的高低温力学性能;从高低温存储性能(-55℃,24 h和70℃,24h)、耐霉菌性能和耐疲劳性能等方面评估座舱试验件的耐环境性能;系列试验后,聚氨酯胶粘剂的综合力学性能均优于环氧胶膜,但区分度不足7%,试验后剪切强度均≥150kN/m,力学性能满足设计要求,环氧胶膜的工艺性能(85℃,6 h)明显优于聚氨酯胶粘剂(室温,96 h)。研究能够为后续型号的工艺升级提供理论指导。 The bonding properties of polyester ribbon and plexiglass used for cockpit edge soft connection are evaluated by using two bonding schemes,which are medium and low temperature curing epoxy adhesive film and polyurethane adhesive.The high and low temperature mechanical properties of cockpit typical test pieces are evaluated at 7 temperature points,including-55℃,-25℃,0℃,room temperature(23 C),50℃,75℃and 100 C.The environmental performance of the cockpit typical test pieces is evaluated from the aspects of high and low temperature storage performance(-55℃,24 h and 70 C,24 h),mold resistance and fatigue resistance.After the series of tests,the comprehensive mechanical properties of polyurethane adhesive are better than those of epoxy adhesive film,but the differentiation is less than 7%,the shear strength after the test is greater than 150 kN/m,and the mechanical properties meet the design requirements.The technological properties of epoxy adhesive film(85 C,6 h)are ob viously better than those of polyurethane adhesive(room temperature,96 h).This research can provide theoretical guidance for the process upgrading of subsequent models.
