摘要
为推动乡村振兴战略的实施,促进山东省蚕桑产业进一步发展优化,结合山东省蚕桑产业发展实际情况,运用SWOT分析法对蚕桑产业的发展进行了详细分析,总结出山东省蚕桑产业的优势(S)、劣势(W)、机会(O)和威胁(T),并将4种要素进行交叉分析得出了SO、WO、ST和WT战略。分析得出SO战略是山东省蚕桑产业发展的战略重点,建议充分利用自然条件、资源和技术优势,以及规模庞大的生产优势区等优势,同时注重长远发展、克服劣势,提高资源综合开发能力,加大研发资金投入,加强优势区域建设,提高带动能力,做好蚕桑文化的宣传,提高市场认知度。
In order to promote implementation of rural revitalization strategy and further sericulture industry in Shandong Province,and based on actual situation of sericulture industry development in Shandong Province,SWOT analysis method was used to conduct a de-tailed analysis of development of sericulture industry.Strengths(S),weaknesses(W),opportunities(O)and threats(T)of sericulture industry in Shandong Province was summarized,and cross analysis of four elements was conducted to obtain SO,WO,ST,and WT strategies.Analysis showed that SO strategy was strategic focus of development of sericulture industry in Shandong Province.It was recommended to fully utilize advantages of natural conditions,resources,and technology,as well as advantages of large-scale pro-duction advantage areas.At the same time,attention should be paid to long-term development,overcoming disadvantages,improving comprehensive resource development capabilities,increasing research and development funding,strengthening construction of advant-ageous regions,enhancing driving capabilities,promoting sericulture culture,and increasing market awareness.
