摘要
目的探讨无张力疝修补术对成人腹股沟疝的治疗效果,为临床治疗腹股沟疝提供参考。方法研究选取2019年1月—2021年8月天津市宁河区潘庄医院收治的70例腹股沟疝患者,随机分为对照组和观察组各35例。对照组采用传统疝修补术,观察组采用无张力疝修补术。比较两组相关手术指标(操作时间、手术疼痛评分、术中失血量、住院费用、卧床时间及住院时间)、并发症发生率及术后1年复发率。结果观察组患者疼痛评分低于对照组;手术操作时间短于对照组;术中失血量少于对照组;住院费用少于对照组;术后卧床时间及住院时间短于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组并发症发生率为5.71%,低于对照组的22.86%;术后1年复发率为2.86%,低于对照组的17.14%,差异均有统计学意义(χ^(2)=4.200、3.968,P<0.05)。结论与传统疝修补术相比,无张力疝修补术相关指标较低,且可降低成人腹股沟疝患者的术后并发症及复发率,缩短患者的术后康复时间。
Objective To explore the effect of tension-free hernia repair on adult inguinal hernia and provide reference for clinical treatment of inguinal hernia.Methods A total of 70 inguinal hernia patients admitted to Tianjin Ninghe District Panzhuang Hospital from January 2019 to August 2021 were selected,and they were randomly divided into a control group and an observation group with 35 cases in each group.The control group received traditional herniorrhaphy surgery,and the observation group received tensionfree herniorrhaphy.Related surgical indicators(operation time,surgical pain score,intraoperative blood loss,hospitalization cost,bed time and length of stay),the incidence of complications and recurrence rate of 1 year after surgery were compared between the two groups.Results The pain score of observation group was lower than that of control group,the operation time was shorter than that of control group,the intraoperative blood loss was less than that of control group,the cost of hospitalization was less than that of control group,the postoperative bed time and hospital stay were shorter than those in control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The incidence of complication of observation group was 5.71%,which was lower than 22.86%in the control group;the recurrence rate one year after operation was 2.86%,which was lower than 17.14%in control group,and the differences were statistically significant(χ^(2)=4.200,3.968,P<0.05).Conclusion Compared with traditional herniorrhaphy,tension-free herniorrhaphy had lower operative indicators,and could reduce postoperative complications and recurrence rates in adult inguinal hernia patients,and shorten postoperative recovery time.
