摘要
生态文明体制改革是推进中国式现代化的题中之义和强大动力。在中国式现代化进程中,中国共产党领导了我国生态文明体制改革,从历史、理论与实践三个维度回答了生态文明体制改革的行动逻辑,并从根本保证、制度释能、战略擘画、全球治理、问题导向、绿色发展、多元共治等多个方面系统谋划了生态文明体制改革的实践方略。站在新的历史起点上,坚持走人与自然和谐共生的中国式现代化道路,必须正确处理生态文明体制改革与中国式现代化整体布局的关系,准确理解生态文明体制改革的概念体系和政策体系,重点把握生态文明体制改革的关键任务和突破方向,从而勾勒出生态文明体制改革在中国式现代化新征程中的新图景。
The ecological civilization system reform is an inherent part and a powerful driving force of Chinese modernization.Having led China’s ecological civilization system reform,the Communist Party of China address⁃es the action logic of the ecological civilization system reform from historical,theoretical,and practical dimen⁃sions,and systematically plans the practical strategy of the ecological civilization system reform from multiple aspects,including fundamental guarantee,institutional function,strategic planning,global governance,as well as problem orientation,green development,and pluralistic co-governance.Standing at a new historical starting point,it is required to adhere to the Chinese modernization road of harmony between humanity and nature,to correctly handle the relationship between the ecological civilization system reform and the overall layout of Chi⁃nese modernization,to have an accurate understanding of the top-level design of the ecological civilization sys⁃tem reform,and to focus on grasping the key tasks and making breakthroughs in the ecological civilization sys⁃tem reform,so as to outline a new prospect for the ecological civilization system reform in the new journey of Chinese modernization.
