摘要
制造企业形成积极的绿色战略导向是推进绿色转型并实现高质量发展的重要前提。研究基于TOE理论框架,提出企业绿色战略导向的整合驱动模型,并运用NCA和fs-QCA方法对371家制造企业的一手调查数据展开组态分析。研究发现:(1)企业绿色战略导向是多个前因条件复杂作用的结果,不存在形成积极/非积极绿色战略导向的必要条件。(2)积极绿色战略导向的驱动模式有3种,分别为“全要素协同型”“技术-资源驱动型”“技术-竞争驱动型”,其中“全要素协同型”分布最为普遍。(3)非积极绿色战略导向驱动模式有1种,为“技术-竞争缺失型”。(4)技术条件是企业绿色战略导向最重要的驱动因素。(5)在特定情境下,不同条件、不同因素间存在明显的替代关系。最后,从企业管理者与政策制定者两个方面为促进企业形成积极绿色战略导向提出了针对性对策建议。
The formation of a positive green strategy orientation(GSO)in manufacturing enterprises is an important prerequisite for promoting green transformation and realizing high-quality development.However,the existing literature has explored the drivers of GSO based on the"net effect"perspective,ignoring the multiple causal complexities of GSO.In reality,there are significant differences in the motivation of GSO among manufacturing enterprises,which leads to significant differences in the effects of green transformation.Therefore,how to effectively drive enterprises to form a positive GSO?To answer this key question,the study proposes an integration-driven model of enterprise GSO based on the TOE theoretical framework(Technology-Organization-Environment).Specifically,the technological conditions include the level of technological innovation and the ability to apply big data,the organizational conditions include managers'environmental awareness and organizational redundancy,and the environmental conditions include environmental regulation and market competition.Among them,technological conditions provide the technological foundation for enterprises,organizational conditions provide them with resource security,and environmental conditions bring external pressure.Subsequently,this study collected primary survey data from 371 manufacturing firms and developed group condition analysis using NCA and fs-QCA methods.The following important conclusions were obtained from the study.First,the GSO of enterprises is the result of the complex interaction of multiple antecedent conditions,and there is no necessary condition for the formation of positive/non-positive GSO.Second,there are three driving modes of positive GSO,namely"total factor synergy","technology-resource driven"and"technology-competition driven",of which the"total factor synergy"is the most widely distributed.Among them,the"total factor synergy"is the most common.Third,there is one non-positive GSO driving mode,which is"technology-competition-deficient".(4)Technologi
