摘要
甲骨文中农作物用字的考释问题,一直是上古农史研究中重要的基础性课题,疑义颇多,尚须继续探讨。本文尝试通过科技史和汉语史的证据揭示甲骨文中的“秬”是“■”而不是“■”。通过对甲骨文中农作物用字及相关文献的考察,可知上古时期人们对农作物良种十分重视,良种作物往往被赋予独立的名称和专门的用字;而以殷王为代表的统治者对产量低但更适宜酿酒的糯性农作物品种格外重视,在甲骨文中留下的记录较多,具有鲜明的阶级性。
The research and interpretation of the characters for crops in oracle bone inscriptions has always been an important basic topic in the study of ancient agricultural history.This paper attempts to reveal that"秬"in oracle bone inscriptions is"■"rather than"■"through the evidence of the history of science and technology and the history of Chinese language.Based on the study of the characters used for crops in oracle bone inscriptions and related documents,it can be seen that in ancient times,people attached great importance to fine varieties of crops,and fine varieties of crops were often given independent names and/or special characters.The rulers represented by King in Yin dynasty attached great importance to the glutinous crop varieties with low yield but more suitable for wine making.There were many records left in oracle bone inscriptions,which had a distinctive class character.
