摘要
外保护套作为机械筛管的重要组成部件,对筛管过流能力的影响不可忽略。为此,以预充填筛管为例,通过一套小型可视化防砂模拟试验装置研究了外保护套对预充填筛管过流能力的影响规律。试验结果表明:随着外保护套过流面积的增加,预充填筛管的米采油指数呈指数增加;当外保护套上的冲缝槽宽度小于地层原始砂粒径中值的3倍时,砂粒通过冲缝槽时易发生架桥堵塞,导致筛管过流能力大幅度下降;当外保护套上的冲缝槽宽度大于等于地层原始砂粒径中值的3倍时,外保护套上的冲缝槽对地层砂通过基本没有影响,且有利于预充填筛管发挥其自解堵功能。所得结论可为预充填筛管外保护套的设计提供依据。
The outer protective sleeve is an important component of the mechanical screen,and its influence on the flow capacity of the screen cannot be ignored.Taking the concentric screen as an example,the influence of the outer protective sleeve on the flow capacity of the concentric screen was studied through a small visual sand control simulation test device.The test results show that as the open area of the outer protective sleeve increases,the productivity index per meter of the concentric screen increases exponentially.When the slot width on the outer protective sleeve is less than three times the median size of the original sand particles in the formation,bridging blockage easily occurs when sands pass through the slots,resulting in a significant decrease in the flow capacity of the screen.When the slot width on the outer protective sleeve is greater than or equal to three times the median size of the original sand particles in the formation,the slot on the outer protective sleeve has little effect on the passage of formation sand,and is favorable for the concentric screen to exert its self-unblocking function.The study conclusions provide a basis for the design of the outer protective sleeve of concentric screen.
