摘要
目的分析非奈利酮片治疗糖尿病肾病的疗效与安全性。方法选取2021年11月—2022年12月福建中医药大学附属人民医院收治的64例糖尿病肾病患者为研究对象,按不同的治疗方法分为对照组和观察组,各32例。两组患者均应用达格列净片进行基础降血糖治疗,对照组应用依帕司他片治疗,观察组应用非奈利酮片治疗。比较两组临床疗效、不良反应发生情况、血糖指标、胰岛功能和肾功能指标、生活质量评分。结果观察组治疗总有效率高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。两组不良反应发生率比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。观察组空腹血糖、餐后2 h血糖、糖化血红蛋白、胰岛β细胞功能指数、胰岛素抵抗指数、血肌酐、尿素氮、尿蛋白肌酐比值均优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P均<0.05)。观察组生理、心理、环境、社会关系评分及生活质量总分均高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P均<0.05)。结论非奈利酮片治疗糖尿病肾病疗效显著,且安全性更高,有利于帮助患者改善胰岛功能和肾功能,提高生活质量。
Objective To analyze the efficacy and safety of fenerenone in the treatment of diabetic nephropathy.Methods A total of 64 patients with diabetic nephropathy admitted to the Affiliated People's Hospital of Fujian Uni⁃versity of Traditional Chinese Medicine from November 2021 to December 2022 were selected as the research objects.According to different treatment methods,they were divided into control group and observation group,with 32 cases in each group.Patients in both groups were treated with dapagliflozin tablets for basic hypoglycemic therapy.The control group was treated with epalrestat tablets,and the observation group was treated with fenerenone.The clinical efficacy,adverse reactions,blood glucose index,islet function and renal function index,quality of life score were compared be⁃tween the two groups.Results The total effective rate of treatment in the observation group was higher than that in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).There was no significant difference in the inci⁃dence of adverse reactions between the two groups(P>0.05).The fasting plasma glucose,2-hour postprandial plasma glucose,glycated hemoglobin A1c,isletβcell function,insulin resistance index,serum creatinine,urea nitrogen and urine protein creatinine ratio in the observation group were better than those in the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(all P<0.05).The scores of physiology,psychology,environment,social relations and total quality of life in the observation group were higher than those in the control group,and the differences were statisti⁃cally significant(all P<0.05).Conclusion In the treatment of diabetic nephropathy,fenerenone have a significant ef⁃fect and higher safety,which is beneficial to help patients improve islet function and renal function,and improve the quality of life.
