低层山地建筑结构单侧挡土的技术探讨

摘要 山地地形复杂,低层建筑主体单侧邻土的情况较普遍,对设计和施工提出了更高的要求。以重庆市两江新区某低层山地建筑结构单侧挡土项目为研究对象,主要分析探讨低层建筑单侧自挡土的土压力分布、抗滑移稳定、抗倾覆稳定及对结构扭转的影响。结果表明,只计结构自重和土压力工况下的抗滑移倾覆稳定性系数小于1.6,抗滑移稳定系数小于1.3;结构扭转位移比大于1.5。采取针对性措施后,主体结构满足稳定性和扭转位移比要求。 Mountainous terrain is complex,and the situation where the main body of low-rise buildings adjoins soil on one side is relatively common,posing higher requirements for design and construction.Taking a single-side soil retaining project for a low-rise mountain building structure in Liangjiang New Area,Chongqing,as the research object,this paper mainly analyzes and discusses the earth pressure distribution,anti-sliding stability,anti-overturning stability,and the impact on structural torsion for single-side self-retaining soil in low-rise buildings.The results show that under the conditions of considering only the structural self-weight and earth pressure,the anti-sliding and anti-overturning stability coefficient is less than 1.6,the anti-sliding stability coefficient is less than 1.3,and the structural torsional displacement ratio is greater than 1.5.After taking targeted measures,the main structure meets the requirements for stability and torsional displacement ratio.
