摘要
为提高半球摄像机LED灯的散热性能,提出了一种基于半球摄像机补光灯板背部安装散热板的散热装置。采用数值模拟和实验研究相结合的方法综合分析该散热方案的传热性能。结果表明:LED灯板在结合散热翅片后,散热效果明显,LED结温度降低26℃以上。安装散热翅片具有能够提高半球摄像机补光灯板的散热效果,且结构紧凑,价格低廉。在有限空间的条件下也能有较好的散热效果,对半球摄像机补光灯板的设计起到理论指导作用。
To improve the heat dissipation performance of LED lights in dome cameras,a heat dissipation device based on installing a heat dissipation plate on the back of the dome camera fill light board is proposed.Comprehensive analysis of the heat transfer performance of the proposed scheme using a combination of numerical simulation and experimental methods.The results show that the LED light board has a significant heat dissipation effect after combining with the heat dissipation fins,and the LED junction temperature is reduced by more than 26 C.Installing heat dissipation fins can improve the heat dissipation effect of the hemispherical camera fill light board,and has a compact structure and low cost.It can also have good heat dissipation effect under limited space conditions,which provides theoretical guidance for the design of hemispherical camera fill light boards.
