摘要
“任务伙伴环境”(mission partner environment,MPE)是美国防部与任务伙伴共同开展军事任务指挥控制与信息共享的作战框架。研究了美军MPE概念内涵、发展背景,梳理了MPE的类型与支持的行动级别,全面分析了MPE组成架构;重点研究了MPE的核心——多国信息共享(multinational information sharing,MNIS)体系,分析了MNIS的主要组成部分——虚拟数据中心、联合企业区域信息交换系统、联军联邦作战实验室网络、共用任务网络传输系统、“飞马”系统和所有伙伴接入网的功能与发展现状;介绍了MPE的最新发展并分析了MPE从以网络为中心向以数据为中心发展的主要趋势。
Mission Partner Environment(MPE)is the operational framework for United States Department of Defense and mission partners to carry out the command&control of military missions and information sharing.The concept connotation and development background of MPE are analyzed,MPE types and supported levels of actions are sorted out.The composition architecture of MPE is comprehensive analyzed.The core of MPE is focused on and studied——Multinational Information Sharing System(MNIS),the main components of MNIS——Virtual Data Center(VDC),Combined Enterprise Regional Information Exchange System(CENTRIXS),Allied Federation Battle Laboratories Network(CFBLNet),Common Mission Network Transport System(CMNT),Pegasus system,and All Partners Access Network(APAN)are analyzed.The latest development of MPE is introduced and the main trends of future MPE development from the network-centric to data-centric are analyzed.
