摘要
目的:观察桃红二丹四物汤联合地屈孕酮治疗血瘀型异常子宫出血的临床疗效。方法:52例血瘀型异常子宫出血的女性患者按随机数字表法分为对照组和治疗组,每组26例。对照组予以地屈孕酮片口服,治疗组在对照组治疗基础上加服桃红二丹四物汤。两组患者均治疗3个月经周期。观察患者出血情况,比较治疗前后两组患者血清性激素及血红蛋白水平、子宫内膜厚度及月经恢复情况、中医证候积分等指标。结果:与治疗前比较,治疗后两组患者促卵泡刺激素(FSH)、促黄体激素(LH)、雌二醇(E2)水平及中医证候积分均下降,且治疗组较对照组降低更明显,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05);两组血红蛋白(Hb)水平较治疗前升高,治疗组较对照组血红蛋白(Hb)水平升高更明显,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05);治疗组患者子宫内膜厚度、完全止血时间、止血控制时间改善情况明显优于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05);治疗组临床总有效率高于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:桃红二丹四物汤联合地屈孕酮能调整血瘀型异常子宫出血患者血清性激素水平,预防贫血,可有效改善患者临床症状。
Objective:To observe the clinical efficacy of TaoHong Erdan Siwu Decoction combined with dydrogesterone in treating abnormal uterine bleeding of blood stasis type.Methods:Fifty-two female patients with abnormal uterine bleeding of blood stasis type were randomly divided into a control group and a treatment group,each consisting of 26 patients.Patients in the control group took oral dydrogesterone tablets,while patients in the treatment group received the same treatment plus Taohong Erdan Siwu Decoction.Both groups were treated for three menstrual cycles.The bleeding situation was observed.Serum serum sex hormone levels,hemoglobin levels,endometrial thickness,menstrual recovery,and TCM syndrome scores of the two groups were compared before and after treatment.Results:Compared with those before treatment,the levels of follicle-stimulating hormone(FSH),luteinizing hormone(LH),estradiol(E2),and TCM syndrome scores decreased after treatment,and the decreases were more significant in the treatment group than in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Hemoglobin(Hb)levels increased more significantly in the treatment group than in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The improvement in endometrial thickness,complete hemostasis time,and hemostasis control time was significantly better in the treatment group than in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The overall clinical effectiveness rate in the treatment group was higher than in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:Taohong Erdan Siwu Decoction combined with dydrogesterone can adjust serum sex hormone levels in patients with abnormal uterine bleeding of blood stasis type,prevent anemia,and effectively improve clinical symptoms.
