摘要
目的 分析牙髓炎治疗中氢氧化钙与早期开髓减压引流术联合应用对患者血清一氧化氮(nitric oxide,NO)和骨保护素水平的影响。方法 回顾性选取2021年1月—2023年12月滨州医学院附属烟台口腔医院收治的200例牙髓炎患者的临床资料,按治疗方式不同分为保髓组与开髓组,每组100例。保髓组采用保髓法治疗,开髓组采用早期开髓减压引流术联合氢氧化钙糊剂治疗。对比两组血清NO和骨保护素水平、牙周状况、治疗有效率。结果 治疗后,开髓组血清NO和骨保护素水平优于保髓组,差异有统计学意义(P均<0.05)。治疗后,开髓组牙周状况优于保髓组,差异有统计学意义(P均<0.05)。治疗后,开髓组治疗有效率为98.00%(98/100),高于保髓组的90.00(90/100),差异有统计学意义(χ^(2)=5.674,P<0.05)。结论 在牙髓炎的治疗中,氢氧化钙与早期开髓减压引流术的联合应用能有效改善患者的血清NO和骨保护素水平,提高治疗有效率,改善牙周健康状况。
Objective The effects of calcium hydroxide combined with early decompression and drainage on serum ni-tric oxide(NO)and osteoprotegerin levels in patients with pulpitis were analyzed.Methods The clinical data of 200 patients with pulpitis admitted to Yantai Stomatological Hospital Affiliated to Binzhou Medical College from January 2021 to December 2023 were retrospectively selected.According to different treatment methods,they were divided into pulp-preserving group and pulp-opening group,with 100 cases in each group.The pulp-preserving group was treated with pulp-preserving method,and the pulp-opening group was treated with early decompression and drainage combined with calcium hydroxide paste.The levels of serum NO and osteoprotegerin,periodontal status and treatment efficiency were compared between the two groups.Results After treatment,the levels of serum NO and osteoprotegerin in the medullary group were better than those in the medullary group,and the differences were statistically significant(both P<0.05).After treatment,the periodontal status of the pulp-opening group was better than that of the pulp-preserving group,and the differences were statistically significant(all P<0.05).After treatment,the effective rate of the open pulp group was 98.00%(98/100),which was higher than 90.00%(90/100)of the pulp-preserving group,and the difference was statistically significant(χ^(2)=5.674,P<0.05).Conclusion In the treatment of pulpitis,the combined application of calcium hydroxide and early pulp decompression and drainage can improve the serum NO and osteopro-tegerin levels of patients,improve the treatment efficiency,and improve periodontal health.
