摘要
现代信息技术在专业技术人员职称评审中的应用,可实现无纸化、信息化办公,提高效率,确保评审公正公开。本文简要介绍了现代信息技术的内涵、优势和存在的应用问题,并提出改进建议,旨在充分利用现代信息技术强化职称评审效果,推动评审工作现代化进程。
The application of modern information technology in the professional title evaluation of technical personnel enables paperless and digitalized office work,enhancing efficiency and ensuring fairness and transparency in the evaluation process.This paper briefly introduces the essence,advantages,and existing application issues of modern information technology,and proposes improvement suggestions aimed at fully leveraging modern information technology to strengthen the effectiveness of professional title evaluations and promote the modernization of the evaluation process.
