摘要
文章介绍了基于FPGA的智能仓储系统。该系统以ZYNQ 7020 FPGA作为主控器件,利用颜色识别、手势识别和物体坐标识别等视觉识别技术,实现货物准确识别;利用逆运动学解析与平滑处理,实现机械臂自动抓取和放置货物;利用麦克纳姆轮小车融合惯性测量单元(Inertial Measurement Unit,IMU)完成货物精准送达。此外,该系统还具有语音识别、可见光遥控等交互功能。经测试验证,该系统能较好地满足功能要求,且具有较好的可移植性。
This article designs an intelligent warehousing system based on FPGA.The system uses ZYNQ 7020 FPGA as the main control device and utilizes visual recognition technologies such as color recognition,gesture recognition,and object coordinate recognition to achieve accurate identification of goods;Using inverse kinematics analysis and smoothing processing to achieve automatic grasping and placement of goods by a robotic arm;Utilizing the MacNaum wheel cart integrated with the Inertial Measurement Unit(IMU)to achieve precise delivery of goods.In addition,the system also has interactive functions such as voice recognition and visible light remote control.After testing and verification,the system can meet the functional requirements well and has good portability.
