随着环保法规的日益严格和煤矿企业对节能减排的重视,变频器在煤矿生产中的应用越来越广泛。不仅如此,智能变频技术的发展,例如故障预测和健康管理功能,使煤矿井下的自动化和信息化水平得到显著提升,进一步推动了煤炭行业的现代化进程。因此,研究变频器在煤矿井下皮带机中的应用及节能效果具有重要的理论价值和实践意义。探讨了变频器在煤矿井下皮带机中的应用,并分析其节能效果,以期为煤炭行业提供实际可行的节能策略。
With the increasingly strict environmental protection regulations and coal mining enterprises'attention to energy conservation and emission reduction,frequency converters are more and more widely used in coal mine production.Moreover,the development of intelligent frequency conversion technology,such as fault prediction and health management functions,has significantly improved the level of automation and informatization in underground coal mines,and further promoted the modernization process of the coal industry.Therefore,it is of great theoretical value and practical significance to study the application of frequency converters in underground belt conveyors and its energy saving effect.The application of frequency converters in underground belt conveyors was discussed,and its energy saving effect was analyzed,in order to provide practical energy saving strategy for coal industry.
