摘要
目的探究喹硫平、丙戊酸钠联合治疗双相情感障碍躁狂发作患者的应用效果。方法选取聊城市第四人民医院2022年1月—2023年3月收治的86例双相情感障碍躁狂发作患者为研究对象,按随机数字表法将其分为对照组和观察组,每组43例。对照组给予丙戊酸钠治疗,观察组给予喹硫平联合丙戊酸钠治疗,两组均连续治疗2个月。比较两组的临床疗效、躁狂程度和双相情感障碍程度及不良反应发生情况。结果观察组治疗总有效率为95.34%,高于对照组的74.41%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗前,两组躁狂和双相情感障碍程度比较,组间差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);治疗后,观察组贝克-拉范森躁狂量表评分和临床总体印象疾病严重度量表-双相障碍版评分均低于对照组,组间差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。两组患者的不良反应发生率比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论喹硫平联合丙戊酸钠治疗双相情感障碍躁狂发作的临床疗效确切,可明显改善患者躁狂程度及双相情感障碍程度,且安全性良好。
Objective Exploring the application effect of the combination of quetiapine and sodium valproate in the treatment of bipolar disorder manic episode patients.Methods A total of 86 bipolar disorder manic episode patients admitted to Liaocheng Fourth People's Hospital from January 2022 to March 2023 were selected as the research subjects,divided into a control group and an observation group using a random number table method,with 43 cases in each group.The control group was given sodium valproate,observation group treated with quetiapine combined with sodium valproate,both groups were treated continuously for 2 months.Compare the clinical efficacy,degree of manic and bipolar disorder,and the occurrerce of adverse reactions between two groups.Results The total effective rate of the observation group was 95.34%,which was higher than 74.41%of the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Before treatment,comparison of manic and bipolar disorder levels between two groups,there is no statistically significant difference between groups(P>0.05);After treatment,the scores of Baker-Rafanson Mania Scale and Clinical Global Impression of Severity of Illness Scale-Bipolar Disorder in the observation group were lower than those in the control group,and the differences between groups were statistically significant(P<0.05).Comparison of total incidence of adverse reactions between two groups of patients,there was no statistically significant difference(P>0.05).Conclusion The clinical efficacy of the combination of quetiapine and sodium valproate in the treatment of bipolar disorder manic episode is definite,and it can significantly improve the degree of manic and bipolar disorder in patients,with good safety.
