摘要
目的探讨加味大黄牡丹汤外敷联合高能红光对下肢丹毒伴淋巴水肿患者的影响。方法选取该院2021年6月—2023年6月收治的50例下肢丹毒伴淋巴水肿患者为研究对象,按随机数字表法将其分为对照组与观察组,各25例。对照组采用高能红光治疗,观察组在对照组基础上采用加味大黄牡丹汤外敷治疗。对比两组患者的中医证候评分、下肢肿胀程度、炎症因子水平。结果治疗后,观察组下肢肿胀程度轻于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗后,观察组中医证候中下肢发热、红赤肿胀、灼热疼痛、水疱评分分别为(1.36±0.18)分、(1.25±0.17)分、(1.01±0.11)分、(1.14±0.17)分,低于对照组的(2.27±0.25)分、(2.39±20.24)分、(1.79±0.15)分、(1.95±0.23)分,组间差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗后,观察组白细胞计数、中性粒细胞计数、C反应蛋白分别为(7.01±1.16)×10^(9)/L、(4.48±0.36)×10^(9)/L、(7.21±1.06)mg/L,均低于对照组的(8.63±1.59)×10^(9)/L、(5.31±0.59)×10^(9)/L、(11.36±1.59)mg/L,组间差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论加味大黄牡丹汤外敷联合高能红光可减轻下肢丹毒伴淋巴水肿患者症状,控制炎症反应。
Objective To investigate the effect of supplemented dahuang mudan decoction combined with high-energy red light on patients with lower extremity erysipelas and lymphedema.Methods A total of 50 patients with erysipelas and lymphedema of lower limbs admitted to the hospital from June 2021 to June 2023 were selected as the study objects,and were divided into a control group and an observation group according to random number table method,with 25 cases in each group.The control group was treated with high-energy red light,and the observation group was treated with Supplemented Dahuang mudan decoction on the basis of the control group.TCM syndrome score,lower limb swelling degree and inflammatory factor level were compared between the two groups.Results After treatment,the swelling degree of lower limbs in the observation group was less than that in the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).After treatment,the scores of fever,red swelling,burning pain and blisters of lower limbs in the observation group were(1.36±0.18)points,(1.25±0.17)points,(1.01±0.11)points and(1.14±0.17)points,respectively.which were lower than(2.27±0.25)points,(2.39±20.24)points,(1.79±0.15)points,(1.95±0.23)points of the control group,the differences between groups were statistically significant(P<0.05).After treatment,leukocyte count,neutrophil count and C-reactive protein in the observation group were(7.01±1.16)×10^(9)/L,(4.48±0.36)×10^(9)/L,(7.21±1.06)mg/L,respectively,which were lower than(8.63±1.59)×10^(9)/L,(5.31±0.59)×10^(9)/L,(11.36±1.59)mg/L of the control group,the differences were statistically significant between the two groups(P<0.05).Conclusion External application of supplemented dahuang mudan decoction combined with high-energy red light can alleviate the symptoms of patients with lower extremity erysipelas accompanied with lymphedema and control the inflammatory response.
