摘要
大型水电站压力管道排水量大,仅依靠压力管道的排水装置进行排水,不能满足快速排水的需求。在分析三种机组排水方式特点基础上,提出了自动开导叶排水基本条件和关键过程,根据机组转速、导叶开度以及关键节点的时间等参数控制排水流程,从而实现压力钢管快速排水。
The drainage volume of the penstock in large-scale hydropower stations is usually large.Relying solely on the drainage device of the penstock,the rapid drainage requirement cannot be met.Based on the analysis of the characteristics of three drainage methods of the units,the basic conditions and key processes of the automatic guide vane opening drainage are determined.Thus,the drainage process can be controlled according to parameters such as the unit speed,guide vane opening,and key point time,thereby achieving the rapid drainage of the penstock.
