“大思政”视域下吉林省地方高校师德师风建设路径研究

摘要师德师风建设是高校落实立德树人根本任务的关键,高校良好的师德师风能够有效引导学生树立正确的价值观,更好地营造尊师重教、团结互助、积极向上的校园氛围,为学生的成长创造良好的外部条件。新时代,习近平总书记的“大思政”观对高校师德师风建设提出了更高要求,要求高校教师不仅自身要坚守职业操守,更要具备较高的“大思政”素养,有能力、有水平践行立德树人的根本使命。本研究在深入探讨新时代“大思政”概念和相关理论以及高校师德师风建设总体部署要求的基础上,对“大思政”与新时代高校师德师风建设的逻辑关系进行分析和理顺,在“大思政”视域下充分调研分析吉林省地方高校师德师风建设现状,总结经验、问题和面临的困境,最终结合吉林省实际提出吉林省地方高校师德师风建设路径。 The construction of teachers' ethics and professional conduct is the foundation of the practice of moral education in colleges and universities.Good teachers' ethics in colleges and universities can effectively guide students to set up correct values,better create a campus atmosphere of respect for teachers,unity and mutual assistance,and positive upward,and create good external conditions for the growth of students.In the new era,General Secretary Xi Jinping's view of“grand ideological and political education”has put forward higher requirements for the construction of teachers' ethics in colleges and universities,requiring college teachers not only to adhere to their professional ethics,but also to have a higher“grand ideological and political education”quality,and to have the fundamental mission of“cultivating the people of virtue”.This study in the thorough discussion and understanding of the new era“grand ideological and political education”concept and related theory and the university ethics strengthen construction of the overall deployment requirements of the“grand ideological and political education”and the construction of the new era university ethics strengthen logic relationship analysis and rationalization,under the“grand ideological and political education”view of the local university ethics strengthen construction in Jilin province,summing up experience,problems and difficulties,finally combining the reality of Jilin province raise the local university ethics strengthen construction path in Jilin province.
